Public offer agreement

1. General provisions

1.1. This document is an official public offer (offer) of the online store "Company of Reliable Relations" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely via the website: https://knv.com.ua/.

1.2. Placing an order on the website, confirming the order by the manager or making a payment is considered full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. The relationship between the Seller and the Buyer is governed by:

• The Civil Code of Ukraine;

• The Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce";

• The Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection";

• other norms of the current legislation of Ukraine.

2. Terms and definitions

In this Agreement, the terms below have the following meanings:

• Online store - the Seller's website through which the sale of goods is carried out.

• Goods - terminals, equipment, components, accessories and other products presented on the website.

• Buyer — an individual or legal entity who has placed an order.

• Order — a properly executed request of the Buyer to purchase the goods.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer — to pay for and accept them under the terms of this Agreement.

3.2. Information about the characteristics, configuration, cost and availability of the goods is indicated on the pages of the site.

3.3. Images of the goods on the site may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the products depending on the batch, display settings or changes made by the manufacturer.

4. Ordering

4.1. The Buyer places the order independently through the site or with the help of a manager.

4.2. After placing the order, the Seller's representative may contact the Buyer to clarify the details.

4.3. In the event of the goods being unavailable, the Seller has the right to:

• offer an analogue;

• change the delivery time;

• cancel the order in agreement with the Buyer.

5. Payment and delivery

5.2. Delivery can be carried out:

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Buyer is obliged to:

• provide reliable contact details;

• timely pay for and receive the goods;

• comply with the terms of use of the goods.

7. Warranties and liability

7.1. The goods may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty in accordance with the accompanying documentation.

7.2. The Seller is not responsible for:

• improper use of the goods;

• incompatibility of the equipment with the Buyer's software;

• delivery delays due to the fault of the carrier;

• errors in the data provided by the Buyer.

8. Personal data

8.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

8.2. Personal data is used exclusively for:

• processing orders;

• delivery of goods;

• communication with the Buyer;

• informing about the status of the order and promotions.

8.3. The Seller does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases stipulated by law or necessary for the fulfillment of the order.

9. Return of goods

9.1. Return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

9.2. The Buyer has the right to return the goods of proper quality within 14 days provided that:

• preservation of the retail appearance;

• absence of traces of use;

• availability of documents confirming the purchase.

10. Final provisions

10.1. The Seller has the right to change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice.

10.2. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the website of the online store.

10.3. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement - in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
